Return Policy

Conditions

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. We would provide a return address within the United States, provide a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned.

  • If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.
  • Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service.
  • For items below $35, we suggest a USPS delivery confirmation service.

We may not accept returns beyond the return window. However, if we do, we charge a restocking fee following the guidelines below.

  • The buyer changes their mind (Accidental order/Better price available/No longer needed/wanted) about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition. Restocking fee: up to 20% of the item's price.
  • The buyer returns an item in the original condition more than 30 days past the return window. The 30 days allow for return transportation from the buyer to the seller. Restocking fee: up to 20% of the item's price.
  • The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns a non-media item within the return window, but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer. Restocking fee: up to 50% of the item's price.

All products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturers. The complete warranty is included with the product and is subject to the conditions set forth.

How To Return

Eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Please contact our Customer Service via service@frunsi.com, and we will guide you through the process. 

Please return the whole product to us and share with us the return tracking number, we will check after we receive it. If everything is fine, we will refund you without delay.
